The fine print: Gift card balances are NOT redeemable on custom orders, corporate orders, or at pop-up sales. No physical gift cards will be provided; gift cards will be supplied in the form of online codes to be entered at checkout. Only one gift card can be redeemed per transaction on the website, but gift cards CAN be combined with discount codes. Gift cards do not expire - balances may be checked by clicking "view gift card" button in the gift card purchase email.
