Where are you located?
I bake out of my home kitchen under Tennessee cottage food law. Our house is located on the west end of Morristown, off of Kidwell Ridge road.

How do I place an order?
I'm so glad you are considering placing an order! Please fill out the order request form here so that I can check availability for your needs. Orders need to be placed more than 3 weeks in advance, as my calendar fills up quickly these days!

Payment for orders are due in full at the time of booking. I cannot hold your date for an order until I have received your payment. I accept payment via Square invoice through email. Once payment is received, your date is secured!

How much do you charge for custom cookies, printed cookies, and macarons?
Base prices for my baked goods are listed here, but for the most accurate quote, send me an email with the details you have in mind for your order. I'm happy to help you work within your budget!

Oops! I need an order sooner than 3 weeks from now. What do I do?
No problem! Send me an order request and I will check availability for you. I may be able to work you in! However, orders placed with less than 3 weeks advance notice are subject to a rush fee of $10.

How do I pick up my order?
Orders are available for porch pickup on your specified date and time at my house off Kidwell Ridge Road in Morristown. Address will be sent via email upon confirmation of payment. I know it is hard to predict weeks in advance a pickup time, but please let me know at least 24 hours prior to your pickup day if you need to change your pickup time.

I also offer delivery within a 10-mile drive for a $10 fee. Delivery is subject to availability, so please let me know at the time of booking if interested!

Can you do character (ex: Mickey Mouse, Peppa Pig, Bluey) cookies?
I am unable to do character or trademarked designs due to copyright issues, but I am happy to work with you to design cookies to fit your theme!

Will my cookies look exactly like the photos I've sent you from Pinterest?
I LOVE getting inspiration photos for orders! However, I cannot guarantee cookies or icing colors will exactly match inspiration photos. When you place an order, I will use your photos to custom designed cookies just for you!

Do you have gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free baked goods?
I do not offer gluten-free or dairy-free sugar cookies at this time. While my sugar cookie and icing recipes are nut-free, we are NOT a nut-free home and I cannot guarantee there is no risk of cross-contamination. Macarons are made specifically from almond flour and I consider them to be gluten-friendly, as there may be incidental contact with flour or other wheat ingredients.

Oh no! My event has been postponed. Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds once orders are placed. Rescheduling is subject to my calendar availability and is not guaranteed. Luckily, for decorated cookies and macarons - they freeze incredibly well! I would be happy to send directions on proper freezing techniques so that your baked goods stay fresh until your new date!

What is your refund policy for cookie class tickets?
Cookie class tickets are non-refundable. I totally understand that life happens and I do offer a class credit for purchased tickets up until 7 days prior to the scheduled class date! Within 7 days of the class date, there are still a few options if you are unable to make it to class - you can transfer your ticket to another individual if you wish or you can pick up your cookies and supplies as a take-home kit. Please email me if you cannot make it to class and let me know which option you would prefer!

Note- Weather-related class cancellations will be given the opportunity to choose between a class credit and a full refund. Cancellations will be announced via email and Facebook/Instagram, so please check for any announcements 24 hours prior to class time.
